Joe Biden began his full of malarkey tour today in Iowa. It didn’t seem to excite many people in Iowa as hardly anyone turned out for his campaign stops. One moment you can check off as just plain weird is when Joe Biden’s obnoxious wife started speaking, I guess to introduce him to the sparse crowd. What did creepy Joe Biden do?
