One of the main reasons for failed Mayor Garcetti’s curview yesterday was to protect rich, liberal areas of Los Angeles. One of those areas is Santa Monica, that has some of the most expensive real east in the country. Now, the looters have taken over Santa Monica at the 3rd Street Promenade.
