You see, according to the racist rapist, senile old man, between 10-15% of all Americans are not very good people, aka bad apples. In typical communist Democrat hatred of America, Biden bashed people who could vote for him, simply because it’s assumed you don’t cave to AntIFA, black lives matter, or other left wing groups. The vast majority of the people are decent, and we have to appeal to that and we have to unite people — bring them together. Bring them together.”
It is unclear who exactly he was referring to within the “10 to 15 percent” of people and whether or not he believes they support President Trump.
