Circle back Psaki once again proves how disgusting she and this whole Harris/Biden regime really is. In fact not only does circle back Psaki dodge the softball question, she has a big smile on her face while dodging the question, as if she’s happy about the thousands of dead New Yorkers at the hands of criminal Andrew Cuomo.
