I admit it. I used to be a big sports fan. Baseball, NBA, NHL. Never was much of a fan of the NFL but that’s a story for another time. Anyway, those days are long gone. I was a fan of sports before sports became entrenched in left wing communist politics. At the start of the twenty first century, I started to slowly lose interest. By 2020, I was done. So here’s my message to pro sports, the franchises, commissions and all those “woke” folks who have ruined professional sports leagues. We don’t care if you don’t play another game again.
The players are spoiled rotten babies making tens of millions of dollars per year to play a kids games. The owners of the franchises are a bunch of woke billionaires who make billions, if not several millions by overcharging for mediocre parking, food, flat beers and woke corporation sponsorships.
You professional sports buttholes made your beds. Now you can lay in it. Think things were tough when fans couldn’t attend during the COVID-19 pandemic? You smug assholes havent’ seen anything yet now that attendance is slowly being allowed back into some stadiums.
Places like Atlanta can never draw fans when they field competitive teams. It’s going to hit rock bottom now.
Bandwagon fans in cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and New York may draw some woke losers, but the attendance will see a huge drop off even there, even when capacity is allowed back at 100%.
