While Minnesota is rioting as they charge a cop with shooting and killing Daunte Wright with second degree manslaughter, the cop who killed Ashli Babbitt during the January 6 riots at the Capitol WILL NOT be charged. How in the hell is this fair? Obviously Ashli Babbett should NOT have been entering the Capitol during the riots, but there were tons of people doing it, not just her. Why was she targeted? And why isn’t the officer who shot her facing any sort of discipline? Because the system is rigged.
The investigation revealed no evidence to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that the officer willfully committed a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 242. Specifically, the investigation revealed no evidence to establish that, at the time the officer fired a single shot at Ms. Babbitt, the officer did not reasonably believe that it was necessary to do so in self-defense or in defense of the Members of Congress and others evacuating the House Chamber. Acknowledging the tragic loss of life and offering condolences to Ms. Babbitt’s family, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and U.S. Department of Justice have therefore closed the investigation into this matter.
The difference here is that supporters of Ashli Babbett wouldn’t be rioting in the streets, looting or burning down stores or police stations, or spraying curse words all over the place. This is complete and total bullshit, but unlike the communist left that gets away with far worse than this, we don’t get violent. Instead, we’ll just chalk it up to yet another example of the two tired “Justice System”.
