Joe Biden has gone from calling Vladimir Putin a killer (which he is) to basically giving him a tongue bath, before the so called summit today. Not only does it appear that Biden is now a Russian asset, don’t forget his drug addled son Hunter has deals with the Russia, like the former mayor of Moscow’s wife. This is why the sudden shift in tone by Biden. Also, the so called summit ended abruptly early, letting Putin go first with his press conference, completely dominating the day. Putin even brought up domestic terrorist groups like Black Lives Matter and AntiFA in the so called “summit”.
