Philip Cortez, a communist Texas Democrat fleebagger is now the second communist to return to the state after fleeing to Washington D.C. I guess he wasn’t one of the six fleebaggers to get COVID-19.. As was the case with the DUI drunk Harold Dutton of Houston who returned over the weekend, Cortez wasn’t arrested. Looks like Abbott is aa liar about arresting returning fleebaggers. Just another disappointment by him. Cortez is a Rep from San Antonio.

It’s obvious to anyone that the Texas Democrat little scheme of fleeing the state is cracking. This little scheme by the Texas Democrats has been a total disaster for them.
