It almost seemed as if Biden was drugged, or just barely awake during his pathetic press conference that he let ginger Jen Psaki clean up after he took a few questions. Biden appeared drained, tired, disinterested and even condescending during his press conference, between telling the reporters he was “instructed” to call on people to this moment where it appears he took a quick little nap on the table during Peter Doocy’s question.

If I didn’t hate Biden so much, I’d almost feel sorry for the old man. Dude is obviously not well and it looks like his handlers are drugging him to keep him going.
Whoever is running this clown show, Obama, Susan Rice, Ron Klain, or whomever needs to be tried for their crimes in a tribunal.
