I don’t think I’ve seen as inept a prosecution, at least since the OJ Simpson as I have in Kenosha. Today, not only did Thomas Binger claim that if you bring a gun with you, that you lose “your right” to self defense. He also ignored routine gun safety practices by acting as if he was shooting the Rittenhouse jury with an AR-15 style weapon, with his finger on the trigger. How in the hell is this clown even allowed in the court room? Who does Thomas Binger think he is? Alec Baldwin?
