Communist Democrat Mark Kelly, who rode his wife’s coattails to get elected to the Senate has announced his support for nuking the filibuster (despite using it days earlier to block sanctions on Russia’s Nord Stream 2 pipeline). Kelly is up for re-election in Arizona in November. If Republicans can actually get a decent Senate candidate for the November election, and some some flakey, Jeff Flake type, they should be able to flip this seat.
Mark Kelly will support an exception from the filibuster to help pass election reforms.
