Lashawn J. McNeil has IDed as shooter of two NYPD officers tonight in Harlem. Lashawn J. McNeil was out of jail and out on probation. When are the people in this blue cesspool cities going to wake the hell up and say they aren’t going to take this crap anymore? This has to STOP! Other than the fact Lashawn J. McNeil was out of jail on probation and allegedly used his mother’s gun to shoot the police, other details about the sketchy individual aren’t know. Like, what was Lashawn J. McNeil crime, how did he get out of jail and get probation, etc.
