Looks like the communist left has finally forced SCOTUS Justice Stephen Breyer to retire. He will retire at the end of his current term which runs into early summer (late June, early July). Who will replace Breyer? Undoubtably a radical communist who’s ideology is in line with “the squad”.
Republicans never fight liberal/communist justice nominee, it would probably be stupid to fight this one as it doesn’t change the makeup of the court. This is also an election year, and you don’t want to give the commies any ammo for the mid-terms.
