If you are old like me, you remember the Chernobyl nuclear power plant meltdown in 1986. With the Russians re-capturing the Ukrainian nuclear power plant, they have turned off the electricity. Now there are fears of nuclear and radioactive material being released into the earth is the plant cools without electricity.
