Cackling Kamala Harris hasn’t been in the news much lately, after her various word salad appearances around the country. This weekend, she’s in Reno at the Annual Meeting of the U.S. Conference of Mayors. And she brought the cackle with her again. She has to be on some sort of narcotic or something to be this tipsy. Either that, or Kamala Harris is just really weird.
The female equivalent of Barack Obama (albeit with less oratory skills), Kamala Harris, delivered remarks on the U.S. economy and the Biden administration’s ongoing efforts to curb inflation at the 90th Annual Meeting of the U.S. Conference of Mayors.
During the speech, Kamala delivered another profound ‘Deep Thought‘ reflection to the captivated audience.
