Austin Simon’s girlfriend (who is still nameless) allegedly stabbed Jose Alba multiple times before sending her thug boyfriend to attack to bodega worker. There are photos of what appears to be stab wounds on Jose Alba’s arms, yet amazingly, the girlfriend (unlike Mr. Alba) was never arrested.
This is what’s called “justice” in New York City and other communist Democrat shitholes. If you are attacked, and you fight back, you get charged with murder, get thrown in jail and have your GoFundMe page taken down by the left wing communist scum that run it.
If you are the attacker’s girlfriend, you can stab Mr. Alba, over a bag of chips (because her welfare card wasn’t working) then send your boyfriend in to attack him. This is what happens when you let scum like George Soros fund and elect your District Attorneys.

The embattled bodega worker facing murder charges for fighting off an assailant is suffering from stab wounds he sustained during the attack and they may be infected after his stint on Rikers Island, the founder of the Bodega and Small Business Group said Friday.
Jose Alba, who was sprung from the notorious jail complex on Thursday, was stabbed twice in each arm — allegedly by his assailants girlfriend — during the attack and the wounds weren’t properly tended to while he was locked up, said Francisco Marte.
“He was cleaning it with hot water, that’s all he has there,” Marte told reporters outside of Alba’s Hamilton Heights home.
