Hint to Whoopi Goldberg and the rest of the hags on The View, Jill Biden is not a medical doctor. She has a PhD, which allows her to parade around as “Doctor” Jill Biden. She’s about as smart as those breakfast tacos in San Antonio though. Still, that’s more brains than the entire cast of The View combined.
