This one is a head scratcher to me. Judge Raymond Dearie, is the person who both the corrupt DOJ and Trump and his legal team have agreed upon to be the Special Master in the review of the Mar-A-Lago raid documents. The reason why this is so odd to me is that Raymond Dearie was one of the judges who approved an FBI and DOJ request to surveil Carter Page. Also, Judge Dearie cut a plea deal with terrorist Najibullah Zazi who threatened to blow up the New York subway system back in 2010. Zazi faced life in prison, but Dearie gave him just 10 years. This is why I don’t understand why the Trump legal team would approve of this corrupt goon.
They obviously know better than I do, but it just doesn’t make sense.
