Well it’s groundhog day. Here we are, Thursday night, January 5th, 2023 and Kevin McCarthy still can’t get the votes to be Speaker of the House. There have bow been 11 votes and McCarthy has failed in every single one. Frankly, If I were McCarthy, I wouldn’t want to subject myself or family to this world wide embarrassment and just say fuck it. But as was the case last night, there are all kinds of rumors going around social media that there is a deal to get McCarthy the votes he needs. Some reports that Rep. Ralph Norman even say it will be a in written agreement later tonight. Watch and see.
