So John Fetterman is a special needs person now? Looks like the New York Times let the cat out of the bag earlier today trying their best to spin for Fetterman being hospitalized with “light headedness”. A second stroke has been ruled out, but according to the New York Times, John Fetterman is now a special needs case.
