I suppose it’s fitting. With the embarrassment that Joe Biden has been since being installed on Jan 20, 2021, and with the corrupt of the CIA, FBI, DOJ and other organizations, I suppose an upside down American flag at the US Capitol (which signals distress) is appropriate.
