So one day after Devon Archer delivered bombshells on the Biden Crime Family, four more indictments against Trump were announced by JackASS Smith. These indictments pretty much are for political speech.
As if you needed any more proof that America is a banana republic, this is it.
Jack Smith's indictment is nothing but a criminalization of political speech.
In the 3rd paragraph, he says President Trump "had a right like every American to speak publicly about the election and even to claim falsely that he had won."

Trump likely knew that he lost, but it is 100% political speech for him to publicly acclaim that he won. We should NOT criminalize that. (The fake electors is another thing altogether.)
