2024 is going to be a very, umm interesting year. Aside from the election and Democrat attempts various cheats to try to hold power in ’24. Now comes word that Jack Smith was likely not properly appointed as a “Special Counsel” and thus, anything he does is null and void according to a Supreme Court filing.

1) The position of special counsel was never created by Congress;
2) Even if it were, Jack Smith was never properly appointed and confirmed.
