There have been a lot of rumors going around about the CIA seizing JFK documents in the past few days from Tulsi Gabbard.. Don’t know if it’s true or not, as there hasn’t been any confirmation on either side… But now apparently, the head of the CIA is in Cuba, just a day or two after they announced they have run out of fuel. This particular Boeing C-40 was confirmed as being used by CIA Director John Ratcliffe for a visit to Cuba.
The CIA was clearly making a statement using this particular plane.
