Well if you live outside California or the rest of the west coast, you’ve probably noticed gas prices falling like a rock.. Oil is under $75 per barrel now, which is actually cheaper than it was in June of 2025. National gas price averages have fallen below $4 per gallon for the first time since March… That is unless you are in California where it’s still $6+ per gallon.
According to AAA, the national average price of regular gasoline has fallen below $4 per gallon for the first time since early March, now sitting at $3.99.
