San Clemente is lucky in one respect.. They are in Orange County, so Comrade Karen Bass isn’t their mayor… But they are unlucky in the fact that Greasy Gavin Newscum is still governor and nowhere to be found as usual as homes (and not cheap ones) burn to the ground in the latest round of California wildfires.
With poor vegetation management (the staple of California), temperatures near 100F and high winds, this is the typical playbook in Southern California, and nothing ever changes.
