Meh, I’m not a fan of Todd Blanche, as long time readers of this site obviously already know… But he did do a masterful job of absolutely destroying CNN media hack and sour face Dana Bash. This one was about the law suit filed in Alaska, where desperate Democrat, using their dirty tricks are running a third part “Dan Sullivan” to try and syphon votes away from Republican Dan Sullivan. Bash tried going January 6th with this, and got absolutely destroyed.
🚨 JUST IN: AG Todd Blanche catches Dana Bash RED-HANDED misleading viewers on Alaska cheating and he FORCES her to correct on-air
"CONVENIENTLY, you put the Constitution on your screen, but you highlighted only the first clause! Why don’t you show the NEXT CLAUSE to your viewers which says that Congress is allowed to pass laws to make sure that that happens? PUT THAT BACK UP THERE."
BASH: We have it up, go ahead 🤣
BLANCHE: "The second clause says, but the Congress made at any time by law — and we have a law and that’s the law that we’re relying on when we filed suit earlier this week."
Doing anything to make it seem like Trump is violating the Constitution.
He then expertly dismantles any attempt to justify Alaska letting the fake Dan Sullivan on the ballot — FEDERAL LAW is supreme to protect voters
President Trump says he directed the DOJ lawsuit and it only will have an impact if the fraud Sullivan SIPHONS ENOUGH VOTES to unseat incumbent Sen. Dan Sullivan.

CNN’s Dana Bash asked Attorney General Todd Blanche this morning whether President Trump is laying the groundwork to overturn the election, and warned it could end in "what we saw after January 6."
Blanche: "You’ve got to stop it with that."
Here’s the case they were actually talking about. Alaska’s Senate ballot has two Dan Sullivans: Republican Sen. Dan S. Sullivan, and Daniel J. Sullivan Jr., a retired teacher who told The New York Times he voted for the Democrat in each of the last three presidential races. In June, Alaska’s own Division of Elections ruled his run wasn’t in good faith and removed him. State courts put him back on. He got 2.5% in the August primary.
The Justice Department’s lawsuit asks a federal judge to hold up certification only if the senator loses and the other Sullivan’s votes could have changed the result.
You can debate the lawsuit. But two Dan Sullivans on one ballot is a real problem that Alaska’s own election officials flagged in June. Jumping to January 6 is a way to avoid talking about it.
