The Guatemalans thought they could play Trump like a fiddle. Turns out Trump played them like a fiddle and they have already caved. Guatemala has signed the safe third country deal, making more difficult for human traffickers to send their caravans of illegals north to America. I guess the government of Guatemala finally figured that they no aid money from American, plus tariffs would be a really bad idea.
