I was totally expecting Nancy Pelosi to blame some sort of “MAGA extremist” for attacking her husband while she was out of town. I mean, that’s the entire media narrative, including Fox News. Depape, some drugged out dirty hippie, Black Lives Matter and gay rights supporter from Berkeley is somehow a right wing terrorist. But strangely, Pelosi didn’t mention politics when she issued her first statement on the attack. Instead, she referred to Depape as a “violent man”. Does this mean that Democrats that aren’t biologists can differentiate between men and women now?
Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of The House broke her silence after a man broke- in to her San Francisco home on Friday and attacked her husband with a hammer.
“A violent man broke into our family home, demanded to confront me and brutally attacked my husband Paul. Our children, our grandchildren and I are heartbroken and traumatized by the life-threatening attack on our Pop,” wrote Pelosi. We are grateful for the quick response of law enforcement and emergency services, and for the life-saving medical care he is receiving.”
Pelosi said her husband’s condition is improving.
Paul Pelosi suffered a fractured skull and “serious injuries to his right arm and hands,” according to Drew Hammill, spokesman for the House speaker.
Paul Pelosi underwent surgery at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital that was successful, Hammill said.
The story about Paul Pelosi’s injuries have sure changed too. The media first claimed he needed brain surgery after being hammered. Now it’s a fractured skull and arm injuries.
